A grain-free diet with high-quality protein sources can decrease inflammation, boost energy, and improve overall health.
Every dog needs daily exercise to thrive. Just like you, your pup needs to stretch his legs and get some fresh air. Set a goal to get out and walk with your dog each day for at least 30-minutes. If you own a large breed or a high-energy dog, try to get out in the morning and the evening.
Dogs are social creatures. Just like humans, if a dog is left by themselves, they get lonely. Take your dog to a dog park or other area where they can meet other pups. Not only will they be happy to play with other friends, but it is also a great source of exercise. This is an excellent opportunity for you to socialize with other owners as well.

Of course, one of the best ways to improve your pet’s health is to ensure they feel connected and loved. When you spend quality time with your dog, they will feel wanted and safe. Make sure to take some time out of your day to sit, pet and cuddle them. Petting dogs can even be therapeutic for you as well!
